Our specialty lies in crafting the iconic Banh Mi, otherwise known as the Vietnamese Po' Boy, offering a delightful blend of rich fillings and fresh baguettes. Where it all started...
New Orleans has been embracing Vietnamese cuisine for some time now. When it came my time to give what I had to offer I wanted to provide something different, something refreshing for the Vietnamese food scene.
That's when I decided to go head on and specialize my interest in Banh Mi also known around here as the Vietnamese Po Boy. Overall, my goal is to give great sandwiches either it be our banh mi or po' boys.
